Cleartrip has just announced
the launch of a new app for iPhone. The new smaller, smarter and
simpler mobile app comes with a fresh design to give users the best
flight booking experience that they can ever have on an iPhone.
The app comes with two-column split screen search feature so users
can select their departure and return flights on the same screen.
“Cleartrip invented the split screen design when we launched our web site 6 years ago; and we’re thrilled to be the first in the world to bring it to the iPhone — it just works; it’s the easiest way to select your flights and see your total price, all on one screen,” the company explains in an official blog post.
The app stores all the recent searches being made, so that you can perform any search again with a tap. It also offer other features like geolocation for selecting your departure airport for your current location, and the ability to easily swap your “from” and “to” cities with a tap.
Cleartrip’s new iPhone app allows payments to be done using credit cards, debit cards, a net banking account or by signing into the Cleartrip account. Payments can also be made using Expressway, a one-click checkout convenience.
