The Intex Aqua 4.0 3G has hit the road towards India with the Gingerbread platform for young professionals looking out for an affordable Android handset. Prospective buyers can pick up the device dipped in hues of white and black.
The
handset employs an 800MHz processor to assist the
Gingerbread platform.
On the memory front, it has 512MB of ROM and 131MB of integrated
storage which is further expandable up to 32GB via the embedded microSD
slot. Apart from providing dual SIM slots, this Intex device offers access to games such as Talking Tom, Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja and much more.
Sanjay Kumar, GM- Mobile Business, Intex Technologies, India,
stated, “We have been in the mobile business from the last five years

A 3.5-inch 2-point capacitive touch panel sits
pretty on the front with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. Accompanying
the display is a 0.3MP camera that facilitates video conferencing while
on the move. There is also a 3MP rear-facing snapper for capturing
images. Connectivity features include GPRS and Bluetooth along with 3G
and Wi-Fi. Powering up the device is a 1400mAh battery that’s capable of
delivering roughly 3 hours of talktime or 140 hours of standby.
The
Intex Aqua 4.0 3G price in India is tagged at Rs. 5,490 and it is
available via the company’s retail stores and reseller outlets.
