Micromax, which has launched a slew of low cost phones and tablets
into the Indian market, has come up with another Android offering for
less than Rs 10,000. The Superfone A84 Elite is an Android Gingerbread
handset featuring a
3.97-inch capacitive IPS WVGA display at a price of
Rs. 9,999.

is impressed with the phone, saying that the handset boasts “some
pretty nifty features and one of the main attributes of the A84
Superfone Elite is the 1630mAh battery that can handle 5 hours of talk
time and 160 hours of standby.”
This device is the second in the company’s “Superfone” series, which is designed for those looking for long lasting batteries.
The phone also comes equipped with a 1GHz processor and a 5 megapixel
rear camera. It also features a 0.3 megapixel front camera that can be
useful for video calling over Skype.
