"We know HTC fans are excited to get their hands on Google's latest version of Android," HTC said in a statement. "At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean."

The company does not yet have details on when the update might roll out, and urged users to "please stay tuned" for more.
The launch of the HTC One X in the U.S. was delayed thanks to a patent battle with Apple, but it is now available via AT&T. The One X boasts a huge, 4.7-inch, 1280-by-720 pixel, non-reflective display. For more, see PCMag's review of the HTC One X.
The 4.3-inch, 960-by-540-pixel HTC One S is available via T-Mobile.
The HTC One XL is the international version of the HTC One X.
Meanwhile, Android Police reported that Android 4.1.1 is now rolling out to those with the GSM version of the Nexus S.
During the recent rollout of Android 4.1 to the Galaxy Nexus, Google confirmed that all Galaxy Nexus smartphones, the Nexus S, and the Motorola Xoom would get the Jelly Bean treatment.
